Live-In Caregivers: We would be happy to discuss your live-in caregivers requirements. You may have a choice of live-in caregivers: local caregivers or caregivers out of the country.

A) Local Caregivers: If this is your choice, service rates is to be billed on a per hour basis and service rates depend on the level of care, such as:

Level 0 - Client/Patient can do full self care
Level 1 - Requires equipment or device
Level 2 - Requires assistance or Supervision from another person
Level 3 - Requires assistance or Supervision from another person and needs equipment or device
Level 4 - Is fully dependent and Does not Participate in the care

B) Caregivers from out of the country: If you choose caregivers from out of the country, expect to be billed on a bi-weekly rate basis which is considerably much lower than the hourly rate of local caregivers.

• ANSON will assist you in recruiting qualified caregivers from out of the country and you will be presented information of different caregivers outlining their: qualification, experience, etc. to help you in making your best choice.

• ANSON will assist you in the preparation of the required documentation as per Human Resources Canada Live-In Caregivers program.

• We can help you to keep track of Revenue Canada’s (CCRA - Canada Customs and Revenue Agency) deductions and remittances as an employer.
